We collect only the information needed to provide your care: your name, contact details, appointment history and clinical records. Records are stored encrypted on servers within our control and are visible only to you and your treating doctors.

We never sell or share your data with third parties. Anonymised statistics may be used to improve our services. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time from your dashboard or by contacting the clinic manager.

Payment details are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant gateway partners; we do not store card numbers.
